We require a signed rental agreement for all reservations. Upon making a reservation, we provide you the agreement which must be read, signed, and returned back to us prior to you receiving cabin access.
Cleanliness of our cabins is a priority and we are proud to provide this with a low cleaning fee which is less than many other cabin rental properties. Check out our reviews on VRBO from previous guests!
Cozy Cabins are self-managed by the owners. Other than a VRBO fee, there are never any management fees to other parties.
